His book Guinea Pig for Lunch (Hodder, 1998) recounted his experiences of global travel in the course of over 25 years working for Tearfund. He is also and he and his wife Susan help to lead Kairos, a Baptist church in Wimbledon that meets for worship in the local cinema!
